Jesus must have had a malicious little turd like Nikki Setzler in mind when he gave his opinion of lawyers: "And he said, Woe unto you also, ye lawyers! for ye lade men with burdens grievous to be borne, and ye yourselves touch not the burdens with one of your fingers." Luke 11:46 KJV. Appropriately, the description fits Turd Nikki to a T as his law firm rakes in profits from South Carolina's probate racket and as Turd Nikki stonewalls anyone who dares to complain. I understand that Turd Nikki himself doesn't handle probate cases any longer. That would make his involvement in the probate racket too obvious. So the conniving, self-serving little turd gets around that by making sure his law firm handles probate cases while Turd Nikki makes money from his probate-dealing law firm. No wonder it took the State House gang so long to agree to divulge their sources of private income. Turd Nikki couldn't care less how much misery the oh-so-quietly-passed law putting a time limit on wills inflicts on South Carolinians.
I once met Nikki Setzler.
Not long after a gang of Marine Corps thugs at Parris Island, South Carolina (thank God I'm not named after the sadistic, racist little hell-hole) drowned a screaming teen-aged recruit named Jason Tharp, Nikki Setzler appeared on my front porch looking for people stupid enough to vote for him. I told the malicious little turd that I don't vote, gave him a brief sermon on the Tharp case, the likes of which he'll never hear in the fine Christian church he attends (word has it he's most apt to show up around election time), and he never came back.
I recently found out that Turd Nikki has a closer relationship than I was aware of with the dishonest, goon thug corporation SCANA. Turd Nikki was instrumental in bringing SCANA into South Carolina, a fact which no doubt played into Turd Nikki's co-sponsorship of the infamous Base Load Review Act which ushered in South Carolina's nuclear power scandal. Anyone who thinks attorney Setzler didn't know the Base Load Review Act was a bad idea for South Carolina when he co-sponsored the legislation is a fool. He was just kissing up to a filthy-rich, crooked corporation like he's now kissing up to his own interests in the probate racket. Turd Nikki couldn't care less if South Carolina's energy bills are among the highest in America or if South Carolinians freeze to death in the winter or die of heat strokes in the summer.
This evil beast of a country went way too far when it demanded that I participate in establishing a false public record that maligns the memory of my beloved mother by making it appear that she wasn't responsible enough to leave a will. Such a false public record also invites unwarranted public speculation as to whether my mother actually intended for me to inherit her worldly possessions. My mother paid an attorney to draw up a valid will, leaving all her worldly possessions to me, and any public record regarding my inheritance should make that clear. By favoring a time limit on wills, Turd Nikki has demonstrated his contempt for making sure public records state the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. Turd Nikki is only concerned about him and his law firm raking in profits from the probate racket. The financial ripoff of a time limit on wills is bad enough, the moral ripoff can be intolerable.
And then there's the abomination of turning my father's will into a club to be held over my head unless I betray the memory of my deceased mother. The law prevents me from probating my father's will until I settle my mother's estate even though my father's will reads much the same as hers, leaving all his worldly possessions to me. It will soon be ten years after my beloved father died, and he too will be "deemed to have died without leaving a will." The situation reminds me of the sadistic Nazi SS trooper in the movie Schindler's List who forced the Jewish mother to choose which one of her two children he would take to the gas chamber. When the poor woman hesitates, the sadistic bastard orders her to "Choose, fraulein, or I'll take them both." The sadism depicted in the movie and inflicted as part of South Carolina's time limit on wills differs only in degree.
All these years that I've been protesting the probate racket, as he stonewalls my inquiries,Turd Nikki has been hoping and continues to hope that I will break under the stress of knowing my beloved father will also be "deemed to have died without leaving a will," and that I will betray the memory of my beloved mother by probating her estate, thereby creating a false public record, and then probate my father's will to prevent him too from being "deemed to have died without leaving a will." That's the kind of sadistic, subhuman monster Nikki Setzler is. Calling Nikki Setzler and his ilk turds understates the case, because at least a turd can be used for fertilizer, whereas sadistic, subhuman monsters like Nikki Setzler and those of his ilk who delight in making life more miserable for people struggling through the process of bereavement have no redeeming characteristics whatsoever. Sadistic, subhuman monsters like Nikki Setzler and those of his ilk are indeed some of the absolute lowest forms of life in the universe.
Any member of the gang of sadistic little bastards and bitches who make up South Carolina's General Assembly who thinks I can be browbeaten into betraying the memory of either one of my beloved parents - the two people who have so justifiably meant the most to me in this life - is badly mistaken. I would rather die than do such a thing. Any public record I participate in establishing will state the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth regarding my inheritance, and the best way to do that - as Turd Nikki and the State House gang well knows but is too corrupt to admit - is to eliminate the time limit on wills so I can probate both of my beloved parents' precious wills as they intended when they paid attorneys to draw up those precious wills. So when you see me protesting in front of Turd Nikki's corrupt, probate-dealing law firm long after my beloved father has also been "deemed to have died without leaving a will," just consider it a reminder of what a profound lie, what a rotten, deceitful excuse for a country, what an evil beast, America has been from the get-go. Like another one of South Carolina's leading turds - attorney Henry McASSter (sic), a contrified hick who has yet to warn South Carolinians about the time limit on wills, is so fond of saying, with his repulsive, overdone southern accent for which he must surely be famous, "It isn't the dawg in the fight, it's the fight in the dawg." I can assure Turd Henry and Turd Nikki both that this "dog" has ample fight in him to carry on the good fight in this matter for the rest of my life, if need be. But the State House gang and the gang's minions - Ashley Landess of the South Carolina Policy Council, Dave Schwartz of the Freedom Action Network, and Keven Cohen, owner of Columbia's Miss the Point Radio Station, to name a few - need not worry because I turn 74 this month, and time flies, so I probably won't be around too much longer anyway. At least my death offers the prospect of bringing the relief of being rid of this evil beast of a country once and for all, and the families of Jason Tharp and Raheel Siddiqui must surely feel the same way.
I hope each and every one of the sadistic little bastards and bitches who make up South Carolina's General Assembly are proud of themselves for sneaking around behind my back and turning both of my beloved parents' precious wills into instruments of torment and coercion, which of course is the exact opposite of what my beloved parents intended when they paid attorneys to draw up those precious wills. Perhaps I deserve the nightmare my life has been turned into for being foolish enough to trust this deceitful little dump of a country to do the right thing, even by my beloved parents' precious wills. America is nothing more than an evil beast intent on destroying everything in life that can be considered precious or sacred.
I often wonder what kind of home-life, what kind of upbringing, the little bastards and bitches had who worm their way into South Carolina's General Assembly. Their parents obviously failed to instill in them even the remotest sense of fundamental decency and fair play. Maybe their parents were busy making sure the little darlings attended church and didn't have time to teach them right from wrong. If South Carolina's 2018 election wasn't rigged, I believe most South Carolinians are so abysmally stupid that they would support the State House gang politically even if the gang appeared on their doorsteps and robbed the fools at gunpoint.
Turd Nikki is too cowardly and conniving to attempt to defend the time limit on wills in a straightforward manner because he knows a time limit on wills is indefensible from the public's standpoint. So the conniving little turd filed a bill suggesting that probate court judges be given authority to decide when the time limit should be extended, deceitfully implying that the public has an interest in a time limit being applied to wills. The public has no interest whatsoever in having a time limit on wills. A time limit on wills benefits only probate attorneys, and legislators like Turd Nikki who own probate-dealing law firms, If Turd Nikki wanted to do the right thing, he would have been doing everything in his power to oppose a time limit on wills, beginning in 1986, and once the law passed, he would have been warning South Carolinians about the quietly imposed time limit.
The situation waxes downright poetic. Here we have Turd Nikki, one of the biggest and surely one of the most brazen political whores in the history of American politics caught with his pants down due to his conflict of interest in all things probate, and all he can do is clam up, because he knows the public has no interest whatsoever in a time limit on wills but he can't admit that, much less take appropriate action, because that would interfere with his law firm raking in profits from the probate racket. Talk about a conflict of interest.... I shudder to think about heirs who live out-of-state getting caught in the time-limit trap and the extra expense for the trips they're forced to make to hire lawyers in South Carolina. Perhaps the travel industry contributes to Turd Nikki's election campaigns.
Turd Nikki has been trying to shut me up about the probate racket from the get-go, first by ignoring my e-mails, and then by blocking me from his Twitter account. I wish he had blocked me from his Twitter account long ago, and I had noticed, because that's what prompted me to start protesting regularly in front of his corrupt, probate-dealing law firm. It's turned out to be a highly effective way of exposing Nikki Setzler for the malicious little turd he actually is.
Cutting back to the chase: If sneaking around behind people's backs and putting a time limit on wills - a de facto denial of due process if ever there was - is the best America can do, then as far as I'm concerned, THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA CAN ROT. IN. HELL.

FAN's Dave Schwartz "just getting by" on $98,000
It was a howling hoot recently when Dave Schwartz, president of the so-called government-watchdog gang called the Freedom Action Network (FAN) made his regular Monday afternoon call-in to Columbia's Miss the Point Radio. Schwartz said he was "just getting by" financially. Of course neither he nor station-owner and moderator Keven Cohen mentioned Schwartz's close-to-six-figure salary ($98,000 for 2017, probably over $100,000 by now). No wonder you won't find Schwatz's salary on FAN's website. Keeping his high salary quiet enables Schwartz to portray himself as just another one of the people while FAN refuses to warn South Carolinians that a time limit has been placed on wills. Who on earth does Ringmaster Cohen and the clowns in his government-watchdog circus (paragraphs 9-14) think they're fooling? America literally runs on lies and deceit.
If anyone thinks nullifying a will is a minor matter, they should guess again. I cannot draw up a will of my own, nor can I sell the property I've lived in for decades. Nor can I sell a now-antique car my dad bought for me while I was a teenager. And then of course there's the stress of hoping I don't die - I'm now 73 years old - before I leave a will. Such an event would make some probate attorney exceptionally happy, and I'm sure that's the outcome the State House gang prefers. The only way I can get on with my life is to hand over thousands of dollars from the estate, and participate in establishing a false public record that makes a mockery of my mother's good-faith efforts to leave her worldly possessions to her only child by paying an attorney to draw up her will. Satan himself couldn't have devised a more devastating predicament to inflict on someone, and I have done nothing whatsoever to warrant being treated in such a manner. I shudder to think how catastrophic nullifying a will is in situations where there are large families. Anyone related to the deceased would probably rush out and hire an attorney, which, after all, is what the probate racket is all about.
Of course, if there's anything this perverse little dump of a country loves, it's forcing people to violate their conscience. America wants more than to merely destroy people physically. It also seeks to destroy people emotionally, morally, and spiritually. I often wonder to what extent this evil beast of a country succeeded in destroying Jason Tharp's family. Their unforgivable sin was trying to help their teen-aged family member obtain a discharge from the Marine Corps.
Only a fool or a sadist would pledge allegiance to a country that allows a law placing a time limit on wills to be kept quiet and then suddenly inflicted on someone who is trying to settle an estate. I quit reciting the Pledge of Allegiance many years ago after realizing how ridiculous and dishonest the Pledge actually is. Pledging allegiance to a flag is bad enough (only the delusional would do such a thing), religiosity (hand over heart with a reference to God thrown in for good measure) is even worse. But what really brings on the nausea is claiming America has liberty and justice for all.
While these LOW-LIFE TURDS are sneaking around behind peoples' backs making life harder than it already is, and while a LEADING TURD like Nikki Setzler is stonewalling anyone who dares to complain, it would do each and every member of South Carolina's General Assembly a world of good if they had to scrape fecal matter from beneath the fingernails of an incapacitated adult who wandered into the bathroom and didn't realize he wasn't using enough toilet tissue. Fortunately, during my eight years as a caregiver, I was able to perform such duties with calmness and dignity, grateful that I had the opportunity to care for my Alzheimer's-stricken dad. Meanwhile, the State House gang was intentionally keeping it quiet about the trap they had set for me as soon as my mother's will reached the ten year mark after her death. Anyone who's not outraged by such a scheme is lacking in fundamental decency.
Oh, I know. The family unit in this property-thieving, sorry excuse for a country disintegrated years ago, and America has now spawned a sex-obsessed generation notorious for its refusal to care for aging/ill parents. The State House gang probably assumed that there was nobody left in the perverse little dump who would object to participating in establishing a public record that maligns the memory of their parents.
Don't misunderstand. I do now, and have always considered myself to be the absolute luckiest human on the planet.
I no longer have much use for the United States of America. South Carolina's probate racket is just additional evidence - there was already more than enough - to demonstrate that America is nothing but a lie and a ripoff. That should surprise nobody. A country so brainwashed and cowardly that it remains silent after a gang of Marine Corps thugs drown a screaming teenager - one of the country's own children - has nothing to be proud of regardless of its accomplishments.
I've also lost confidence in America's traditional, so-called "religious" institutions. Zen Buddhist Ruth Fuller Sasaki (1892-1967), raised Presbyterian, gave an apt summary: "The problem with Western people is that they want to believe in something but at the same time they want something easy. Zen is a lifetime work of self-discipline and study."
I couldn't adequately express the contempt I have for this evil beast of a country if my life depended on it. If anyone thinks nullifying a will is a minor matter, they should guess again. I cannot draw up a will of my own, nor can I sell the property I've lived in for decades. Nor can I sell a now-antique car my dad bought for me while I was a teenager. And then of course there's the stress of hoping I don't die - I'm now 73 years old - before I leave a will. Such an event would make some probate attorney exceptionally happy, and I'm sure that's the outcome the State House gang prefers. The only way I can get on with my life is to hand over thousands of dollars from the estate, and participate in establishing a false public record that makes a mockery of my mother's good-faith efforts to leave her worldly possessions to her only child by paying an attorney to draw up her will. Satan himself couldn't have devised a more devastating predicament to inflict on someone, and I have done nothing whatsoever to warrant being treated in such a manner. I shudder to think how catastrophic nullifying a will is in situations where there are large families. Anyone related to the deceased would probably rush out and hire an attorney, which, after all, is what the probate racket is all about.
Of course, if there's anything this perverse little dump of a country loves, it's forcing people to violate their conscience. America wants more than to merely destroy people physically. It also seeks to destroy people emotionally, morally, and spiritually. I often wonder to what extent this evil beast of a country succeeded in destroying Jason Tharp's family. Their unforgivable sin was trying to help their teen-aged family member obtain a discharge from the Marine Corps.
Only a fool or a sadist would pledge allegiance to a country that allows a law placing a time limit on wills to be kept quiet and then suddenly inflicted on someone who is trying to settle an estate. I quit reciting the Pledge of Allegiance many years ago after realizing how ridiculous and dishonest the Pledge actually is. Pledging allegiance to a flag is bad enough (only the delusional would do such a thing), religiosity (hand over heart with a reference to God thrown in for good measure) is even worse. But what really brings on the nausea is claiming America has liberty and justice for all.
While these LOW-LIFE TURDS are sneaking around behind peoples' backs making life harder than it already is, and while a LEADING TURD like Nikki Setzler is stonewalling anyone who dares to complain, it would do each and every member of South Carolina's General Assembly a world of good if they had to scrape fecal matter from beneath the fingernails of an incapacitated adult who wandered into the bathroom and didn't realize he wasn't using enough toilet tissue. Fortunately, during my eight years as a caregiver, I was able to perform such duties with calmness and dignity, grateful that I had the opportunity to care for my Alzheimer's-stricken dad. Meanwhile, the State House gang was intentionally keeping it quiet about the trap they had set for me as soon as my mother's will reached the ten year mark after her death. Anyone who's not outraged by such a scheme is lacking in fundamental decency.
Oh, I know. The family unit in this property-thieving, sorry excuse for a country disintegrated years ago, and America has now spawned a sex-obsessed generation notorious for its refusal to care for aging/ill parents. The State House gang probably assumed that there was nobody left in the perverse little dump who would object to participating in establishing a public record that maligns the memory of their parents.
Don't misunderstand. I do now, and have always considered myself to be the absolute luckiest human on the planet.
I no longer have much use for the United States of America. South Carolina's probate racket is just additional evidence - there was already more than enough - to demonstrate that America is nothing but a lie and a ripoff. That should surprise nobody. A country so brainwashed and cowardly that it remains silent after a gang of Marine Corps thugs drown a screaming teenager - one of the country's own children - has nothing to be proud of regardless of its accomplishments.
I've also lost confidence in America's traditional, so-called "religious" institutions. Zen Buddhist Ruth Fuller Sasaki (1892-1967), raised Presbyterian, gave an apt summary: "The problem with Western people is that they want to believe in something but at the same time they want something easy. Zen is a lifetime work of self-discipline and study."
I couldn't adequately express the contempt I have for this evil beast of a country if my life depended on it. Was South Carolina's 2018 election rigged?
That's the question South Carolinians better be asking, because as things now stand, South Carolina doesn't even have a government. All the state can lay claim to is a gang of white-collar thugs - currently holed up in the State House - intent on ripping South Carolinians off in any way imaginable. The State House gang has the entire state under siege, using such aliases as General Assembly and South Carolina Legislature. Gang members refer to themselves as "lawmakers," "legislators," and "representatives of the people."
Longtime political whore Nikki Setzler is a prime example of the kind of garbage that makes up South Carolina's General Assembly. Setzler was publicly exposed in 2017 for his conflict of interest in all things probate. It's now a matter of public record that he derives income from his probate-dealing law firm. Pressed for action to eliminate the probate racket, Setzler exemplifies the high-handed nature of the State House gang by simply clamming up. Does the State House gang act like they're dependent on fair elections? Or does their behavior suggest that they know something about elections that most folks don't? I tried to post comments about the probate racket below the two State newspaper articles linked to above, but comments were not allowed.
By "rigged" I mean beyond the usual gerrymandering and corporate financial aid for election campaigns from such crooked, thug goon corporations as SCANA. I'm talking about the way the vote was tallied.
If you wanna know who's really concerned with helping South Carolinians, there's a simple way to find out. Anyone aware of the probate racket who has done everything in their power to warn South Carolinians that a time limit has been placed on wills is on the public's side, and anyone who refuses to do so is the public's enemy. A great example of the latter is Chris Wooten's blabber on his "show" on Columbia's "Make the Point" (I call it "Miss the Point") radio station. "Legislator" Wooten has never ever not once, to the best of my knowledge, breathed a word about South Carolina's probate racket, much less warn South Carolinians that a time limit has been quietly placed on wills. Wooten's ad for his show is interesting in that he claims "people don't trust what's going on in the State House," which suggests the State House gang has heard plenty from the electorate, but Wooten has yet to raise an eyebrow that the gang was allegedly re-elected fair-n-square. I got to thinking about how unbelievably gullible South Carolinians would have to be to re-elect the State House gang, especially in the midst of the fleecing they got - and continue to get (I don't buy the notion that SCANA can't be made to reimburse rate-payers) - via the nuclear power scandal, a ripoff of such magnitude that it attracted national attention. Then I realized that a totally rigged 2018 election isn't out of the question when the public is confronted with a mafia-style, greed-obsessed gang whose members have wormed their way into positions of power. The gang's tentacles are widespread and deeply entrenched throughout the state. To confirm it, one need only consider the news blackout regarding the probate racket. Local mainstream media "knows better" than to warn South Carolinians that a time limit has been placed on wills. If the State House gang thought they could get away with it, would they rig an election? You bet they would.
If the electorate really did re-elect the State House gang, then Governor Henry McASSter (sic) was no doubt elected because of his overdone southern accent, a manner of speaking which, to anyone with a brain, makes him sound like the countrified hick he apparently is. But of course, McASSter's strategy wasn't to appeal to anyone with a brain. In fact, it was quite the opposite, and succeeded majestically if we are to believe the proclaimed results of the election. For all his southern-styled blabber about his concern for the welfare of South Carolinians, McASSter has yet to warn South Carolinians that a time limit has been placed on wills. McASSter - along with every other member of the State House gang - apparently gets a sadistic pleasure out of people finding out all of a sudden that a will has been nullified. That's the kind of deceitful, low-life creep South Carolina now has posing as a governor.

The gang has long been targeting peoples' homes by empowering Homeowner Associations to foreclose, now it's a state property tax. Incidentally, the Homeowner Association in my neighborhood is totally out of control.
Meanwhile, some self-styled "government watchdog" individuals and organizations are also refusing to warn South Carolinians that a time limit has been placed on wills. The center of operations for this circus seems to be "Columbia's only talk-radio station," aka "Make the Point" radio, which I've dubbed "Miss the Point." I've blogged about the South Carolina Policy Council's refusal to address the probate racket, and the cozy relationship Council President Ashley Landess has with station-owner Keven Cohen. Cohen is another self-styled "government watchdog" who refuses to warn South Carolinians (I've tweeted him links to this blog) that a time limit has been placed on wills. Cohen has his own conflict of interest because he runs ads from Jesse Near, who proudly boasts that his law firm only deals in probate-related matters. Cohen used to broadcast ads from Caldwell Trust, enticing folks to avoid the horrors of probate by setting up trusts, but Caldwell's ads disappeared when I started protesting the probate racket. Maybe Cohen is bitter about that...
The most recent member that I know of regarding Miss the Point's Government Watchdog Circus - Cohen makes a great ringmaster - features Dave Schwartz, president of the so-called "Freedom Action Network" (FAN). purporting to "keep an eye on what's going on in the legislature" and to organize text-messages to legislators expressing opposition to a state property tax. Right. Why vote the State House gang out when ya can tell 'em what they already know by using yer cell phone? Nuthin' like the illusion of freedom...
I visited FAN's Facebook page and submitted remarks about the need to warn South Carolinians about time limits on wills, along with a link to this blog. And wouldn't ya know it? My post was filtered out and never appeared. Doncha jus' love FAN's devotion to free speech and its concern for South Carolinians? FAN should be re-named FAKE of South Carolina. Then I tried to expose FAN's censorship on Twitter via the 2/15/2019 update to this post, but the link was blocked. Then any link to this blog was blocked. Wonder how much Twitter charges reputation management goons to give 'em access to someone's Twitter account. Wonder why these non-profit organizations - both of which claim to promote full disclosure - don't list the salaries of their top honchos on their websites. Anyone who donates to 'em is a fool.

This is consistent with Cohen's belief that there are "some good legislators," and his often repeated declaration that he is not an "enemy" of the South Carolina legislature.

Cohen is a Jewish lad who is offended at anyone who dares to criticize Israel's genocidal, U.S.-backed policies toward Palestinians. For example, he won't listen to music by Pink Floyd, and Cohen's overly supportive sentiments toward the legislature may well have something to do with legislative efforts to limit criticism of Israel. No wonder Cohen is so fond of warmongering lunatics like Lindsey Graham and Joe Wilson, who think antagonizing Palestinians is the key to world peace. Then again, maybe Cohen simply thinks it's okay for legislators to sneak around behind people's backs and put a time limit on wills.
America is nothing more than a garbage-pit of corruption, corruption, corruption, corruption, corruption, and more corruption, propped up by a cowardly public, and if there's anything the sleazy little rat-hole is devoid of, it's a free press. The very idea of holding an election when incumbents have made sure the electorate isn't informed of the probate racket and the time limit that's been placed on wills. What a farce. Wonder what other ripoffs the State House gang is managing to keep quiet?

There's no rule of law or con-artists like Turbo-Tax and H&R Block wouldn't dare pull such a stunt. The much-ballyhooed Credit Karma also advertises free tax filing, but like Mountain America Federal Credit Union, is apparently in cahoots with the telephone industry and can't "understand your message" when someone dares to not have a phone. Dr. Roberts summed it up well when he wrote that "life in America has become a gut-wrenching, soul-sucking, misery-drenched, demoralizing existence."

Update 5/8/2019 - protested the probate racket in front of the State House for about two hours. GREAT response, including more than the usual number of people stopping to talk with me. I also sent a link to this post to all SC legislators via South Carolina Legislature Online, and tweeted a link to this post to Make the Point Radio and to South Carolina "Governor" Henry McMaster.
What YOU can do:
> Spread the word about the probate/trust racket. Most folks don't find out about the attorney-generated horrors of probate until they are struggling through the bereavement process, and shock value is a key part of the effort to browbeat people into hiring a probate attorney.
> If you need help with non-probate matters, avoid using attorneys who advertise that they specialize in probate. Many attorneys refuse to get involved in the probate racket, and one of them told me with a wink, "It's a 'highly specialized' area of law."
> Refuse to be bullied by the attorney-generated horrors of probate into paying attorneys to set up trusts. Probate is financed with tax dollars, and should be an inexpensive, viable alternative to setting up trusts. Executors (now called Personal Representatives) shouldn't need a law degree to probate an inheritance.
> Cut costs by downloading your own estate documents - especially wills - from the Internet. Paying probate attorneys outlandish fees to "draw up a will" is risky business, because attorney-legislators have a vested interest in nullifying wills.
> Last - and what certainly shouldn't be least (but probably is) - send "your representatives" an e-mail expressing your sentiments about the probate/trust racket.
